dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se zabývá účinky respiračního handlingu u dětí mladších 1 roku s respiračními obtížemi. Zaměřuje se na účinek respiračního handlingu na saturaci, tepovou frekvenci a dechovou frekvenci. Teoretická část práce se zabývá vývojem dýchací soustavy, fyziologií dýchání, kineziologií dýchání, respiračními onemocněními, respiračním handlingem a respirační fyzioterapií kojenců a novorozenců ve světě. Praktická část obsahuje výzkum, který byl vypracován kvalitativní formou, pomocí tří kazuistik. Dvě kazuistiky se týkají pacientů s akutní bronchiolitidou a jedna se týká předčasně narozené pacientky, u které se vyskytnul syndrom dechové tísně novorozence. Výsledky jsou zpracovány pomocí tabulek a grafů na konci praktické části a jsou v diskuzi porovnávány s dalšími metodami respirační fyzioterapie. Účinek respiračního handlingu se prokázal pouze u saturace, kterou zvyšoval, a dechové frekvence, kterou naopak snižoval.cs

dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor work deals with effects of respiratory handling on children younger than 1 year with respiratory disorders. It focuses on effects of respiratory handling on saturation, respiratory rate and heart rate. The theoretical part deals with developing of breathing, physiology of breathing, kinesiology of breathing, respiratory diseases, respiratory handling and chest physiotherapy using for neonates and infants in the world. The practical part contains a research which was made by a qualitative way through three case studies. Two case studies concern patients with acute bronchiolitis and one refers to a preterm patient. She even developed the respiratory distress syndrome of infants. The results of the work are processed at the end of the practical part by the means of tables and graphs. They are compared with other methods of respiratory physiotherapy in the discussion. The effect of respiratory handling was only proved right at saturation which increased and respiratory rate which decreased.en
