Podrobněji pojednává o moderních personálních informačních systémech, sociálních sítích, virtuální či rozšířené realitě a o využití prvků gamifikace. |

The practical part of this thesis is devoted to research to test the hypothesis that with the rapid development of technology, complications may accompany its implementation and use in companies. The research is conducted through a questionnaire survey that examines this process as well as the technologies currently in use. Based on the data obtained, the thesis concludes with suggestions for streamlining the process of implementing new technologies. |
