| Abstract: | Loewenstein Occupational Therapy Cognitive Assesment neboli LOTCA baterie je v zahraničí hojně využívaným standardizovaným testem hodnotícím kognitivní funkce u klientů s neurologickým deficitem. Z mnoha studií vyplývá, že je snadno aplikovatelná a nenáročná na provedení. Ergoterapeut by měl mít možnost aplikace snadného a spolehlivého testu jako je právě LOTCA. Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo zhodnotit využitelnost LOTCA baterie z pohledu ergoterapeuta ve vybraných zdravotnických zařízeních v České republice. Bakalářská práce by měla poukázat na důležitost a význam LOTCA baterie při správném využívání, které umožňuje efektivně identifikovat kognitivní deficit, a tím i lépe nastavit cíle a plány terapie. |
| Abstract in different language: | The Loewenstein Occupational Therapy Cognitive Assessment, or LOTCA battery, is a widely used standardized test for assessing cognitive function in clients with neurological deficits. Many studies show that it is easy to apply and easy to perform. A professional therapist should be able to apply a simple, reliable, and time-consuming test such as LOTCA. The aim of this bachelor thesis was to evaluate the usability of the LOTCA battery from the point of view of a professional therapist in selected health care facilities in the Czech Republic. The bachelor thesis could point to the importance of the LOTCA battery when used correctly, which allows effective identification of cognitive deficits and thus better setting of goals and plans of therapy. |
