| Abstract: | Tématem této bakalářské práce je "Infekce spojené se zdravotní péčí u pacientů na JIP." Práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. V teoretické části jsme se zaměřili na definici a klasifikaci infekcí spojených se zdravotní péčí, legislativní rámec prevence a kontroly, proces šíření a jednotlivé typy infekcí spojených se zdravotní péčí. V praktické části jsme provedli polostrukturované rozhovory se staničními sestrami, které popsaly své zkušenosti s infekcemi spojenými se zdravotní péčí. Zjišťovali jsme dostupná preventivní opatření pro personál jednotek intenzivní péče, hodnotili jsme teoretickou připravenost studentů v oblasti bariérového ošetřovatelství, analyzovali jsme nejčastější chyby studentů a nakonec jsme identifikovali nejčastější typy infekcí spojených s hospitalizací na jednotce intenzivní péče. Výsledky rozhovorů jsou popsány a následně vyhodnoceny v tabulkách a grafech. |
| Abstract in different language: | The topic of this bachelor thesis is "Healthcare associated infections in ICU patients." The thesis consists of theoretical and practical parts. In the theoretical part we focused on the definition and classification of healthcare associated infections, the legislative framework for prevention and control, the process of spread and the different types of healthcare associated infections. In the practical part, we conducted semi-structured interviews with station nurses who described their experiences with healthcare associated infections. We surveyed the available preventive measures for intensive care unit staff, assessed the theoretical preparedness of students in barrier nursing, analysed the most common errors made by students, and finally identified the most common types of infections associated with intensive care unit hospitalization. The results of the interviews are described and then evaluated in tables and graphs. |
