| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu a návrhy na zlepšení plánování a organizování ve FK Baník Sokolov 1948, s. r. o. Práce zkoumá současnou situaci klubu a jeho interní a externí prostředí prostřednictvím metody SWOT analýzy. Pro řešení problému byly použity rozhovory s členy klubu a analýza dokumentů. Hlavním výstupem práce jsou návrhy na zlepšení plánování a organizování, které se zaměřují na slabé stránky identifikované ve SWOT analýze, jako jsou změna vize klubu, optimalizace organizační struktury, definice náplně práce a implementace nových klubových cílů. Výstupy práce mohou být využity klubem pro zlepšení organizační a plánovací činnosti, což povede k efektivnějšímu řízení a zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti. Navíc mohou být získané poznatky aplikovány na další sportovní organizace, které se potýkají s podobnými problémy v plánování a organizování. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor's thesis focuses on the analysis and proposals for improvement of planning and organizing in FK Baník Sokolov 1948, s. r. o. The work examines the current situation of the club and its internal and external environment through the SWOT analysis method. Interviews with club members and document analysis were used to solve the problem. The main output of the work is a set of suggestions for improving planning and organizing, focusing on the weaknesses identified in the SWOT analysis, such as changing the club's vision, optimizing the organizational structure, defining job content, and implementing SMART club goals. The outputs of the work can be used by the club to improve organizational and planning activities, leading to more efficient management and increased competitiveness. In addition, the insights gained can be applied to other sports organizations facing similar issues in planning and organizing. |
