| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá sociálním podnikáním a jeho historií v České republice. Vysvětluje související pojmy, vymezuje legislativní rámec a krátce představuje fondy Evropské unie, z jichž lze čerpat finanční podporu. Obsahuje krátký přehled fungujících sociálních podniků na našem území. V praktické části je analyzován podnik Sušírna z pod Radhošťa pomocí PESTLE analýzy, Porterovy analýzy pěti sil a SWOT analýzy. Na základě těchto situačních analýz je navržen projekt udržitelného rozvoje a zpracován pro přehlednost do podoby Lean Canvasu. Pro doplnění je uvedeno několik dalších doporučení k rozvoji podniku. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor thesis deals with social entrepreneurship and its history in the Czech Republic. It explains the related concepts, defines the legislative framework and briefly presents the European Union funds from which financial support can be drawn. It contains a short overview of functioning social enterprises in our territory. In the practical part, Sušírna z pod Radhošťa is analyzed using PESTLE analysis, Porter's five forces analysis and SWOT analysis. Based on these situational analyses, a sustainable development project is designed and processed for clarity in the form of a Lean Canvas. For addition, several other recommendations for business development are given. |
