| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá managementem sportovní organizace LK Slovan Karlovy Vary. Autor nejdříve blíže charakterizoval organizaci a následně provedl analýzu jednotlivých manažerských funkcí, které jsou klubem vykonávány. Poté provedl analýzu vnitřních a vnějších faktorů, které ovlivňují klub. Z této analýzy autor vybral slabé stránky klubu na jejichž základě sestavil návrhy na zlepšení chodu klubu. Z analýzy bylo autorem zjištěno, že manažerské funkce v klubu probíhají na velice dobré úrovni a není potřeba je výrazně měnit. Z analýzy vnitřního a vnějšího prostředí vyšlo najevo, že klub trápí absence nové generace trenérů, slabá marketingová komunikace a nízká kapacita nejmladší tréninkové skupiny sportovců, ze které vyplývá zanedbávaný nábor sportovců do této tréninkové skupiny. Na konci bakalářské práce autor sestavil návrh projektu na generační obměnu trenérů, návrh na zlepšení marketingové komunikace a návrh na navýšení kapacity nejmladší tréninkové skupiny společně s návrhem na obnovu náboru nejmladších sportovců do této skupiny. Uvedené návrhy by mohly eliminovat nedostatky klubu a LK Slovan Karlovy Vary by se na ně měl zaměřit. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis deals with the management of the sports organization LK Slovan Karlovy Vary. The author first characterized the organization and then analyzed the individual managerial functions that are performed by the club. After that he analyzed the internal and external factors that influence the club. From this analysis, the author selected the weaknesses of the club on the basis of which he made suggestions for improving the running of the club. From the analysis, the author found that the managerial functions in the club are running at a very good level and there is no need to change them significantly. The analysis of the internal and external environment revealed that the club is plagued by the absence of a new generation of coaches, poor marketing communication and low capacity of the youngest training group of athletes, which results in neglected recruitment of athletes to this training group. At the end of the bachelor thesis, the author compiled a proposal for a project for the generational renewal of coaches, a proposal for improving marketing communication and a proposal for increasing the capacity of the youngest training group together with a proposal for the renewal of recruitment of the youngest athletes to this group. These proposals could eliminate the shortcomings of the club and LK Slovan Karlovy Vary should focus on them. |
