| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vývojem a současným stavem trhu práce v okrese Plzeň-sever. V teoretické části je charakterizován trh práce, nezaměstnanost, státní politika zaměstnanosti a agentury práce. Část praktická obsahuje charakteristiku daného regionu, uvádí hlavní příčiny nezaměstnanosti a charakterizuje problémové skupiny uchazečů o zaměstnání. Následně praktická část pokračuje analýzou trhu práce daného okresu v letech 2017 až 2022, kde jsou u každého roku graficky zpracovány data týkající se nezaměstnanosti. Na základě této analýzy je provedeno vyhodnocení a navržena vhodná opatření. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis deals with development and current state of the labour market in the Plzeň-North district. In the theoretical part, the labour market, unemployment, state employment policy and employment agencies are characterized. The practical part contains the characteristics of the region, lists the main causes of unemployment and characterizes the problem groups of job seekers. The practical part then goes on to analyse the labour market of the district from 2017 to 2022, graphing unemployment related data for each year. Based on this analysis, an assessment is made and appropriate measures are proposed. |
