| Abstrakt: | Tato práce se zabývá problematikou farmaceutických společností. V práci je nejprve uvedena obecná charakteristika farmaceutického trhu spolu s obecným popisem vývoje farmaceutického průmyslu. Obecnou část následuje analýza vybrané farmaceutické společnosti. V praktické rovině byla analyzována personální a marketingová politika této společnosti a zhotoveny její ekonomické výsledky. |
| Abstrakt v dalším jazyce: | This thesis focuses on the issues of pharmaceutical companies. It provides a general overview of the pharmaceutical market and the evolution of the pharmaceutical industry and follows with the description of the selected pharmaceutical company. The practical part provides an analysis of human resources and marketing policies of the selected pharmaceutical company. It also contains an evaluation of economic results of this company and an analysis of its accounting methods and processes used to create financial statements. These methods and processes were compared with the legal provisions that regulate accounting in the Czech Republic. The pharmaceutical industry is a very specific sector due to the products and services, which emphasize research and development activities as well as production. However, it has been discovered that this sector is also quite specific in the fields of marketing, human resources and financial accounting. |
