| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá optimalizací výroby drátových pružin ve firmě Mubea spol. s r. o. V první teoretické části se bakalářská práce zabývá teorií projektu a procesu. Jsou zde zpracovány základní pojmy, které jsou třeba k pochopení problematiky projektů a procesů. Dále je zde zpracována teorie procesního řízení, procesní mapy, typy výroby, prostorové uspořádání výroby a teorie omezení. Na teoretickou část navazuje část praktická, ta začíná představení společnosti a popisem projektu. Hlavním cílem praktické části je porovnání starého a nového výrobního procesu ve firmě Mubea spol. s r. o., výpočet kapacity výrobních strojů a jejich optimalizace a efektivní využití lidských zdrojů. Pro lepší představu, jsou zde vyobrazeny layouty výrobního procesu. V závěru práce jsou vyhodnoceny všechny varianty a popsáno konečné řešení optimalizace. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor thesis focuses on the optimizing of the wire sprint production in Mubea, company Ltd. The first part is theoretic and it deals with the project and process theory. The basic terms needed to the understanding of the projects and processes issue are handled there. Then this part explains the process management theory, the process diagrams, the production types, the spatial arrangement of the production and the theory of constraints. The practical part of the thesis builds on the first one and there is a company presentation and a project description. The main of the second part is the comparison of the old and the new manufacture process in Mubea, Ltd., the calculation of the manufacturing machinery capacity and the efficient utilization of human resources. For a better idea we can also find there all of the manufacturing process layouts. In conclusion of the thesis all of the options are evaluated and the final solution of the optimizing is described. |
