| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo zpracovat podnikatelský záměr pro konkrétní podnikatelský subjekt. V první části práce jsou vymezeny základní pojmy v oblasti podnikání. Nadále jsou charakterizovány jednotlivé právní formy podnikání v České republice, včetně výhod a nevýhod, které skýtají. Na základě těchto informací je zvolena vhodná právní forma pro konkrétně zakládaný podnik. Postupně se práce zabývá úkony nezbytnými k úspěšnému založení podnikatelského subjektu, vymezením zásad pro zpracování plánu a jeho jednotlivými částmi. V druhé části je zpracován konkrétní podnikatelský plán, který zahrnuje specifikaci produktů a služeb podniku, analýzu zákazníků, dodavatelů, SWOT analýzu či analýzu rizik. Nezbytnou součástí je zpracovaný finanční plán. Práce je zakončena uvedením možností dalšího rozvoje podniku. |
| Abstract in different language: | The goal of this bachelor thesis was to develop a business plan for a specific business entity. In the first part there are being defined basic concepts of business. It then continues by characterizing individual legal forms of business in the Czech Republic, including advantages and disadvantages they offer. Based on this information, the appropriate legal form for the company that is being created has been chosen. Gradually thesis deals with tasks necessary for the successful creation of a business entity, defining the principles for the development of the plan and its individual parts. In the second part specific business plan is worked up, including the specification of products and services of the company, analysis of customers and suppliers, SWOT analysis and risk analysis. An essential part of the thesis is the created financial plan. The thesis ends by indicating the possibility of further development. |
