| Abstract: | Předložená práce je zaměřena na proces orientace zaměstnanců v podniku. První část pojednává o procesu orientace obecně a logicky dává v jeden celek personální činnosti v souvislosti s řízením lidských zdrojů. Jsou zde předloženy poznatky ze studia odborné literatury. V druhé části je provedena charakteristika konkrétní společnosti, činnost organizace, její vývoj, vnitřní a vnější prostředí. V praktické části se práce zabývá analýzou procesu orientace v konkrétní společnosti. Jsou zde uvedeny konkrétní personální činnosti a samotný proces orientace v organizaci. Poslední, čtvrtá část provádí vyhodnocení procesu na základě dotazníkového šetření a na základě rozhovorů se zaměstnanci. Jsou uvedena opatření, které povedou k zlepšení efektivnosti procesu orientace. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis deals with the process of orientation of employees in a company. The first part is about the process of orientation in general and rationally gives in one unit the personal activities in connection with the management of human resources. This thesis is based on studies of reference literature. In the second part it is described the characteristics of concrete company, organization?s activities, its progress, internal and external environment. The practical part is focused on analyzing the complete process of orientation in concrete company. They are specified particular personal activities and process of orientation in the company. Last part is focused on evaluation of process based on questionnaire and on interview with the employees. There are proposed measures to improve efficiency of the process of orientation. |
