| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na přiblížení franchisingového podnikání a výhod a nevýhod plynoucích z tohoto typu podnikání. Dále je zaměřena na konkrétní franchisingový projekt Švejk restaurant. Součástí této bakalářské práce je dotazníkové šetření a SWOT analýza, která zobrazuje silné a slabé stránky této společnosti a také hrozby a možné příležitosti. Na základě těchto dvou kapitol jsou poté ve stěžejní kapitole této bakalářské práce uvedeny návrhy na zlepšení a rozvoj podniku. Mezi tyto návrhy patří efektivnější využití internetové propagace, umístění směrových ukazatelů pro lepší orientaci při hledání Švejk restaurantu, využití slevových portálů, které jsou současným hitem v oblasti nakupování a v neposlední řadě také možnost omalovánek s motivy dobrého vojáka Švejka, které by byly věnovány dětem při návštěvě restaurace. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor thesis is focused on doing business through franchising and the advantages and disadvantages of this type of business. It concentrates on a specific franchise project of Švejk Restaurant. This work also comprises a SWOT analysis, which shows the strengths and weaknesses of this company and also the possible threats and opportunities. Based on this SWOT analysis the pivotal chapter then includes suggestions for improvement and development of this company. They include more efficient use of the internet promotion, placement of the signs for better orientation when looking for Švejk Restaurant ?U Pětatřicátníků?, use of discount portals, which currently represent a trend in shopping, and the possibility of using coloring books with themes of the good soldier Švejk, which would be target children when visiting the restaurant. |
