| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce na téma ?Ekonomické posouzení přínosů motivačního programu v podniku? se v teoretické části především zabývá motivačními teoriemi a vysvětluje základní pojmy spojené s motivací. V praktické části se práce zabývá konkrétní firmou, jsou zde uvedené základní informace a charakteristika společnosti, dále práce popisuje její ekonomickou situaci a zkoumá motivační program společnosti. Následně je provedena SWOT analýza tohoto programu, analýza za použití dotazníkového šetření a zhodnocení efektivnosti motivačního programu. Dále se práce zabývá možnými návrhy na zlepšení programu a přímo navrhuje konkrétní motivační program ke zlepšení situace ve firmě. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis called ?Economic assessment of the benefits of incentive program in a company? deals with motivational theories primarily and explains such elementary terms of motivation in the first theoretical part. In the practical part deals with the concrete company, describes basic information about the company and her characteristic. The work analyses the economic situation and the incentive program in the company. Afterwards the work assesses the analysis S.W.O.T. of the incentive program, the questionnaire survey and efficacy of the incentive program. Finally the work deals with opportunities for improving motivation of employees and suggests the new incentive program for better profit of the company. |
