| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se věnuje psychologickým aspektům hematoonkologicky nemocných. Teoretická část obsahuje anatomicko-fyziologický úvod a je zaměřena nejen na projevy a léčbu základních hematologických malignit, ale i na psychosociální aspekty a problémy hematoonkologicky nemocných. Podstatou empirické části je analýza a interpretace výsledků kvalitativního výzkumu. Výzkum sleduje faktory ovlivňující prožívání nemoci, mapuje problémy hematoonkologicky nemocných a zjišťuje zdroje psychické podpory nemocných. Probíhá ve dvou časových rovinách: před a po transplantaco krvetvorných buněk a porovnává rozdíly psychické zátěže u nemocných v těchto obdobích. Výzkum potvrzuje nutnost zohlednění psychosociálních faktorů a význam holistického přístupu k nemocným. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis dealts with psychological aspests of haematooncological patiets. Theoretical part consists of anatomical and physiological introduction and it is focused not only on the symptoms and treatment of basic haematological malignancies, but also on psychological aspects and problems in this patiets. The essence of the empirical part is the analysis and interpretation of the results of the qualitative research. Rasearch monitors factors that have impact on illness experierence, describes problems of haematooncologicaly ill people and tries to identify sources of patients´mental support. It takes place in two timelines - befor and after bone marow transplantation and compares the differences in patiets´mental stress in those periods. The research confirmed the need for taking into account psychosocial factors and importance of a holistic approach to patients. |
