| Abstract: | Práce je zaměřena na změny ve stravování, ke kterým se uchylují studenti vysokých škol pod vlivem psychické zátěže. Přináší ucelené informace o problematice stresu a výživě. Upozorňuje zejména na chyby, kterých se studenti dopouštějí v období pro ně nejvíce stresujícím ? ve zkouškovém období. Odpovídá na otázku, jak se tyto chyby mohou podepsat na jejich zdraví. Součástí je také popis významu správných stravovacích návyků a životního stylu v životě vysokoškoláka a nechybí ani doporučení, jak je možné stresu čelit pomocí racionální stravy a přírodních zdrojů. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis focuses on dietary changes which university students make under the influence of psychological stress. It provides comprehensive information on the issues of stress and nutrition. It draws attention to the mistakes made during the most stressful period ? during the exam period. It answers the question of how these mistakes impact on students? health. The thesis explains the importance of good eating habits and lifestyle and it contains also recommendations of how to deal with stress through rational diet and natural resources. |
