dc.description.abstractSouhrn: Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na zjištění vlivu reminiscenční terapie na kognitivní funkce klientů trpících Alzheimerovou chorobou. Pro ověření výsledků jsem použila testy MMSE a Test kreslení hodin, které jsem aplikovala na začátku, v průběhu a na konci terapie. Klienty pro svou bakalářskou práci jsem navštěvovala v Prácheňském sanatoriu Písek a Domově důchodců sv. Aloise v Plzni. Jednalo se celkem o čtyři klienty se kterými jsem individuálně i skupinově pracovala. Dále jsem zkoumala, zda se pravidelnou aplikací reminiscenční terapie, u klientů trpících Alzheimerovou chorobou, zlepší výsledek testu Škála deprese pro geriatrické pacienty. Dvě stanovené hypotézy se v práci nepotvrdily. V teoretické části nalezneme kapitoly věnující se paměti, demenci a reminiscenční terapii. V praktické části najdeme cíle a úkoly práce, hypotézy a konkrétní postupy které jsem při práci použila. V diskuzi a závěru jsou shrnuty výsledky a závěr celé bakalářské práce. V přílohách jsou uvedeny ukázky z reminiscenční terapie, fotografie, a ukázky testů.cs

dc.description.abstract-translatedSummary: Bachelor work is focused on finding the influence of the reminiscence therapy on clients´ cognitive functions with the Alzheimer's disease. To verify the results i used the MMSE test and the Clock drawing test which I used at the beginning, durinf and then again when we finnished the therapy. I visited the clients for my bachelor work in Alzheimer's Center in Pisek and in St. Alois´s Rest Home in Pilsen. The project included four clients, that I individually and together worked with. Next, I examined whether the regular application of reminiscence therapy for clients suffering from Alzheimer's disease, improve test results Depression scale for geriatric patients. Two hypotheses were not confirmed in the work. In the theoretical part there are chapters referring to the memory, the dementia and the reminiscence therapy. In the practical part we find the goals and the tasks, the work with hypotheses and the specific procedures which I used at my work. In the discussion and the conclusion I submitted the results and the conclusion of my bachelor work. In the attachments there are given some demonstrations from the reminiscence therapy, the photos and the test samples.en
