dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce je věnována představení metody 5S, jakožto jednoho ze základních nástrojů štíhlé výroby. V diplomové práci je metoda 5S nejprve teoreticky popsána, vysvětlena, a dána do souvislosti s ostatními principy štíhlé výroby. Podrobně se věnuje jednotlivým krokům metody 5S. Hlavní část práce věnována implementaci metody 5S na vybraných pracovištích ve výrobním oddělení společnosti Integrated Micro-Electronics Czech Republic s. r. o. Obsahuje popis pracovišť před a po implementaci 5S a přehled úspor, jichž bylo zavedením 5S dosaženo. V závěru jsou shrnuty výsledky a dopady, které zavedení metody 5S do tohoto podniku mělo.cs

dc.description.abstract-translatedThis diploma thesis is devoted to introducing the 5S methodology as a baseline component of the lean management philosophy. The first part of this thesis explains the theoretical principles of the 5S methodology, which are given into the context of other effective tools utilized in lean management. The thesis goes deeply into the each steps of the 5S methodology. The main part of this thesis is about implementation of the 5S methodology in workplaces of the Integrated Micro-Electronics Czech Republic s.r.o. This part contains the description of the workplaces before and after the implementation of 5S and the summary of savings as well. An analysis of the impacts and results of the implementation process on Integrated Micro-Electronics Czech Republic s.r.o. is explained in the last chapter of this work.en
