| Abstract: | Práce se zabývá zaměstnáváním osob se zdravotním postižením. Přibližuje význam pojmu osoba se zdravotním postižením. Shrnuje základní legislativní úpravy týkající se zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením. Upozorňuje na změny, které přinesla sociální reforma. Seznamuje čtenáře se systémem zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením v zahraničí. Výzkumná část zkoumá dopady sociálních reforem na zaměstnanost osob se zdravotním postižením v Plzeňském kraji. Okrajově se dotýká důvodů nízké zaměstnanosti osob se zdravotním postižením. Získané výsledky interpretuje do praxe. |

It summarizes the legislative changes relating to the employment of people with disabilities. Highlights the changes brought about social reform. It acquaints the reader with the employment of people with disabilities abroad. The research examines the impact of welfare reforms on employment of people with disabilities in the Pilsen Region. Marginally concerns the reasons for the low employment of persons with disabilities. The results interpreted in practice. |
