| Abstract: | Předkládaná disertační práce se zabývá strategickým řízením zdravotnického zařízení. Narůstající konkurence, zvyšující se poptávka po zdravotních službách, rostoucí nároky pacientů a významný vývoj lékařské vědy charakterizují stav současného zdravotnictví. Tyto skutečnosti způsobují, že řízení zdravotnických zařízení je stále náročnější a složitější. Předmět disertační práce je založen na teoretickém zkoumání možností aplikace strategického řízení ve zdravotnickém zařízení v ČR. Cílem disertační práce je navrhnout obecný teoretický model strategického řízení pro zdravotnická zařízení a na základě teoretických a praktických poznatků formulovat nejvhodnější variantu strategického řízení, jejímž prostřednictvím lze dosáhnout dlouhodobě vyšší efektivity, konkurenceschopnosti a vyšších zisků zdravotnického zařízení. V teoretické části práce je značná pozornost věnována problematice specifik strategického řízení zdravotnických zařízení. Dále v samostatné podkapitole teoretické části disertační práce autorka analyzuje systém strategického řízení, který je jako obecný model navržen pro zvolené zdravotnické zařízení a vychází z podmínek českého zdravotnického segmentu. Teoretické poznatky vycházející z tohoto modelu jsou dále aplikovány v praktické části disertační práce. Aplikace metod a přístupů vědecké práce je založena především na analýze dostupných teoretických i empirických poznatků z oblasti strategického řízení. Přístupy ke strategickému řízení ve zdravotnictví jsou charakterizovány a hodnoceny ve vzájemné komparaci, s vymezením jednotlivých dostupných zdrojů a institucionálních charakteristik. Navazující analytická část práce popisuje zvolené zdravotnické zařízení s následným zpracováním návrhu strategického řízení zdravotnického zařízení. Návrh strategického řízení a obchodní strategie ve vybraném zdravotnickém zařízení vychází z výstupů definovaných v teoretické části práce a samozřejmě zohledňuje specifika charakteristická pro zdravotnický segment. Změny a doporučení pro strategické řízení zdravotnického zařízení vychází ze souhrnné SWOT analýzy a dynamické strategické rozvahy. Návrh strategického řízení tedy zahrnuje formulaci obchodní strategie se zaměřením na lidské zdroje a informační technologie s doporučením pro implementaci příslušných změn ve zdravotnickém zařízení. |
| Abstract in different language: | The submitted dissertation deals with strategic management of a health care facility. The condition of the current health service is characterised by the growing competition, the increasing demand for health care services, growing requirements of patients and the significant development of medical science. These facts make the management of health care facilities more and more demanding and difficult. The subject-matter of the dissertation is based on the theoretical exploration of the possibility of application of strategic management in Czech health care facilities. The goal of the dissertation is to bring a general theoretical model of strategic management for health care facilities and, on the basis of the theoretical and practical knowledge, to formulate the most appropriate variant of strategic management, which can help achieve higher efficiency, competitive strength and higher profits of health care facilities on a long-term basis. In the theoretical part, much attention is paid to the issue of specifics of strategic management of health care facilities. In a separate subchapter of the theoretical part of the dissertation, the author analyses the system of strategic management, which has been proposed as a general model for a particular health care facility and draws on conditions of the Czech health care industry. The theoretical findings resulting from this model are further applied in the practical part of the dissertation. The application of methods and approaches of the scientific work is based primarily on the analysis of available theoretical and empirical knowledge in the area of strategic management. Approaches to strategic management in health service are characterised and evaluated in mutual comparison, defining individual available sources and institutional characteristics. The following analytical part of the dissertation describes the selected health care facility and processes the proposed strategic management of the health care facility. The proposed strategic management and business strategy in the selected health care facility is based on outputs defined in the theoretical part of the dissertation and, of course, reflects the specifics that characterise the health care industry. Changes and recommendations for strategic management of the health care facility are based on a summary SWOT analysis and dynamic strategic consideration. The proposed strategic management thus includes the formulation of a business strategy, focusing on human resources and information technologies, and including recommendations for the implementation of relevant changes in the health care facility. |
