| Abstract: | Bakalářská se zabývá zpracováním podrobné metodiky cviků vhodných pro použití do přípravy v bojových sportech zejména plnokontaktních. Cílem Bakalářské práce je vypracovat srozumitelný podrobný návod jak využít moderního vybavení boxeren a posiloven. Bakalářská práce obsahuje charakteristiku bojových sportů z hlediska fyzických požadavků na rekreačního, výkonnostního či profesionálního sportovce. Popis starších a stále používaných metod a navázání na moderní metody které souvisí s rostoucími požadavky na komplexnost cvičenců v bojových sportech. Charakteristiku a historii crossfitu a vhodným použitím prvků tohoto stylu cvičení v přípravě sportovců v bojových sportech. Bakalářská práce zejména obsahuje podrobný popis jednotlivých nářadí se zásobníkem základních cviků s fotografiemi a popisem správného provedení. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis deals with the methodology of exercises used for the physical preparation of martial arts, especially full contact martial arts. The aim of the work is to complete a list of instructions how to use modern equipment of fitness centers and boxing gyms. The thesis contains the characteristics of martial arts in terms of physical needs of holiday, performance and professional athletes. It also contains the description of older methods of practice, that are still being used. It contains characteristics and history of cross fit and its elements that are being used for martial arts. Especially the thesis contains the descriptions of training aids and a list of exercises with pictures and the description of the correct way doing it. |
