| Abstract: | Cílem práce je posoudit oblast etiky z hlediska jejího začlenění do reklamy, zjistit a zhodnotit situaci povědomí vybraného segmentu spotřebitelů o dané problematice pomocí dotazníkového šetření. První část práce se věnuje základním pojmům, jako jsou etika, podnikatelská etika, morálka a reklama, nastíněny jsou obchodní praktiky a jejich techniky. Celá jedna kapitola je věnována problému etiky v reklamě, její samoregulaci a regulaci. Zmíněn je také etický kodex reklamy a postup při projednávání stížností. Závěrečná část práce je věnována vyhodnocení dotazníkového šetření ze vzorku 116 respondentů. Autorka v práci používá značné množství obrázků pro snadnější orientaci a znázornění výsledků. |
| Abstract in different language: | The goal of this thesis is to review the role of ethics in advertisement; evaluate the consciousness of target group of consumer using survey-based research. The first part of the thesis covers basic topics: ethics, ethics in advertising, trade practices, business ethics, advertisement. One chapter is dedicated to the ethics in advertising and its regulation and auto-regulation. The ethical codex in advertising is mentioned as well, together with complaint evaluation. The last part of this thesis evaluates survey filled out by 116 respondents. The author uses images extensively to better express the ideas and results of the survey. |
