| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na aktivity Světové obchodní organizace, konkrétně na dosud neuzavřenou Rozvojovou agendu z Dohá. V první části je popsána historie před vznikem Světové obchodní organizace, dohoda GATT a jednání, která v rámci této dohody probíhala. Druhá část se zaměřuje na samotný vznik WTO, strukturu jejích dohod a základní informace WTO. Třetí kapitola popisuje základní principy fungování organizace, její organizační strukturu a cíle a poslání Světové obchodní organizace. Klíčovou částí je čtvrtá kapitola, která popisuje právě Rozvojovou agendu z Dohá. Je zde rozebrána 3. ministerská konference konající se v Seattlu, pracovní program DDA a zejména vývoj jednání v jednotlivých letech. Konec kapitoly je zaměřen na průběh jednání v oblasti zemědělství. Poslední část obsahuje výhody členství ve Světové obchodní organizaci a závěrečné shrnutí činnosti WTO od roku 2001 do roku 2013. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis focuses on the activities of the World Trade Organization, especially on still opened Doha Development Agenda. The first part describes the history before the World Trade Organization formation, GATT agreement and the negotiations conducted under this agreement. The second part focuses on the creation of the WTO itself, the structure of its agreements and WTO basic information. The third chapter contains the basic principles of the organization, its organizational structure and the objectives and mission of the World Trade Organization. A key part is the fourth chapter, which describes DDA. There are analysed 3rd Ministerial Conference held in Seattle, work program of DDA and the development of negotiations in individual years. The end of the chapter focuses on the progress of negotiations in the field of agriculture. The last part contains the advantages of membership in the World Trade Organization and the final summary of the WTO work from 2001 to 2013. |
