| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá systémem péče o osoby závislé na návykových látkách v městě Plzni. Organizacemi, které na území města Plzně řeší drogovou situaci. Svými programy pokrývají celou problematiku nejen protidrogové prevence. Východiskem práce je zaměření na konkrétní instituce v městě Plzni, kam se závislí mohou obrátit o pomoc a začít se léčit. Dále práce popisuje drogovou problematiku a její vývoj. V teoretické části je postupně popsána drogová závislost, protidrogová politika a systém péče. V praktické části se práce zaměřuje na charakteristiku města Plzně, regionální protidrogovou strategii a úlohu všech organizací v síti služeb. Podrobně se praktická část zabývá strategií realizace a modifikací služeb vycházející ze SWOT analýzy. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis deals with system of care for persons addicted to addictive substances and also with organizations which try to solve the drug-related situation in the city of Pilsen. Their programs span across the entire specter of problems of not only drug prevention. This thesis focuses especially on particular institutions in Pilsen which the addicted person may ask for help and start with therapy there. Furthermore, the thesis describes the drug-related problems and their development. Drug addiction, counterdrug policy and system of care are described in the second part of the paper. The second part focuses on characteristics of the city of Pilsen, regional counterdrug strategy and purpose of all organizations in the system of services. The practical part analyses meticulously the strategies of implementation and modification of services stemming in SWOT analysis. |
