| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce pojednává o výcviku sociálních kompetencí jako součásti psychologie ve vzdělávání. Nejprve práce zaměřuje svou pozornost na psychologii ve vzdělávání a její součásti, z nichž jednou je právě výcvik sociálních kompetencí. Práce se také zabývá vymezením problematiky sociálních kompetencí, její definicí, obsahem a rozvojem sociálních kompetencí. Dále pojednává o výcviku sociálních kompetencí, pravidlech a podmínkách výcviku, výcvikových skupinách, různých oblastech, kde se výcvik může vykonávat a o technikách a metodách výcviku sociálních kompetencí. Nakonec se práce věnuje aplikaci výcviku sociálních kompetencí ve skupině vedoucích pracovníků firmy BACHL spol. s r. o. a zaměřuje se na problematiku neverbální komunikace v interpersonálních vztazích. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis deals with the training of social competencies as a part of psychology in education. First, the paper focuses on the psychology of learning and its components, one of which is currently the training of social competence (= the social competence training). The work also deals with the issue of defining social competence, its definition, content and development of social competencies. Furthermore, it deals with the training of social competencies, rules and terms of the training, training groups, different areas where the training can be exercised and training techniques and methods of training of social competence. Finally, the paper deals with the application of social competence training in the group of executives of the company BACHL spol. s r. o. and focuses on the issue of non-verbal communication in the interpersonal relationships. |
