| Abstract: | Předložená práce se zabývá problematikou podpory podnikání ze strany hospodářských komor na příkladu česko-saského hospodářského regionu. Popisuje aktivity vybraných hospodářských komor (především OHK Most a RHK Poohří) v Ústeckém a Karlovarském kraji na české a Obchodní a průmyslové komory Chemnitz na saské straně. Hlavní část se věnuje představení spolupráce komor, jejího vzniku a hospodářského i legislativního pozadí. Klíčovou kapitolu pak tvoří srovnání rámcových podmínek pro přeshraniční činnost zmíněných subjektů včetně analýzy ekonomických a podnikatelsky relevantních ukazatelů daných regionů, která potvrzuje existenci problémů typických pro periferní příhraniční oblasti. V závěru práce jsou pak navržena aktuální témata pro další spolupráci. |
| Abstract in different language: | The present thesis deals with the problems of the support for entrepreneurship by chambers of Commerce on example of czech-saxon economic region. It describes the activities of the chosen Chambers of Commerce (especially the OHK Most and the RHK Poohří) in the Ústí Region and the Karlovy Vary Region on the czech, and The Chamber of Commerce and Industry on the saxon side. The main part is devoted to the presentation of the cooperation of the chambers, its origin and the economic and legislative background. The key chapter consist of the comparision of the conditions for the cross-boarder cooperation of the said subjects including the analysis of the economic and entrepreneurial indicators of the affected regions. It confirms the existence of the problems typical for a peripheral border area. In the conclusion of the thesis the current topics for the future joint activities are defined. |
