| Abstract: | Předložená práce je zaměřena na zhodnocení procesu orientace nových pracovníků ve výrobní společnosti Hutchinson, s. r. o. První část práce je věnována teoretickým poznatkům, jsou popsány personální procesy a samotný orientační proces. V praktické části práce je představena společnost Hutchinson, s. r. o. jsou analyzovány tamní personální procesy a následně je provedena též analýza a zhodnocení orientačního procesu. V závěru práce jsou uvedena opatření ke zlepšení nynějšího stavu a efektivity orientačního procesu. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor thesis is focused on the orientation process of new employees in the industrial company Hutchinson, s. r. o. The first part of this bachelor thesis contains theoretical principals and describes personell proceses and the process of orientation. In practical part there are introduction of the company Hutchinson, s. r. o. it contains also the analyses of the personell processes in this company. Finally was performed analyses and evaluation of the process of orientation in this company. In final part there is a list of proposals which could lead to the improvement of the current situation of the orientation process and its effectiveness. |
