| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá alternativní formou podnikání zvanou franchising. V průběhu práce se prolíná praktická část s teoretickou. Teoretická část definuje franchising, jeho vývoj, druhy a pojmy s ním související. V praktické části autorka popisuje franchisingové partnerství společností Vodafone Czech Republic a.s. a Neiro, s.r.o. Práce charakterizuje vývoj a současnou situaci franchisingu v České republice s možnostmi využití podpůrných nástrojů finančního i nefinančního charakteru. V poslední kapitole je provedena analýza rizik limitujících fungování a rozvoj podnikatelského subjektu Neiro, s.r.o. s návrhy opatření pro budoucí vývoj společnosti. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis on "Opportunities in business through franchising" deals with an alternative form of business called franchising. The theoretical and practical parts of the thesis are combined, not separated as in most cases. The theoretical part defines history of franchising, its forms and terms related to it. In the practical part, the author describes a franchising partnership between companies Vodafone Czech Republic a.s. and Neiro, s.r.o. The text aims to characterize a development and current position of franchising in the Czech Republic with the possibilities of employment of supporting financial or nonfinancial like tools. In the last chapter is conducted Risk analysis of limiting the functioning and development of the business subject Neiro, s.r.o. with measure proposals for company's future development. |
