| Abstract: | V jedné z východoslovenských obcí se mezi romskou komunitou objevuje velké množství rodin, které se formou pěstounské péče starají o děti z dětských domovů. Žije zde více než 30 rodin na jednom místě, a to přesto, že získání dítěte do péče je poměrně složitý administrativně-legislativní proces. Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje především na formování pěstounské péče a její následné rozšíření mezi významný počet rodin v obci. Tato práce využívá teorii nápodoby Gabriela Tarda. Díky tomu můžeme pěstounskou péči vnímat jako invenci, prostřednictvím které se místní Romové vypořádávají s různými životními obtížemi. S pěstounskou péčí také souvisí určité institucionální zabezpečení. Tímto způsobem stát kontroluje vykonávání péče přímo v rodinách. Okolo praxe pěstounské péče je tak vytvářena určitá síť vazeb, ve které se setkávají různí aktéři, jež tuto praxi přetvářejí a ovlivňují. |
| Abstract in different language: | In one village in East Slovakia is large number of Roma families, which takes care of foster children. In spite of the fact that the process of gaining a child to the foster care is complicated from the administrative and legislative point of view, there are more than 30 foster families.This dissertation is focused on the formation and following expansion of foster care among such a large number of families in the village. This thesis use the laws of immitation theory produced by Gabriel Tarde. Foster care could be seen as an invention through which local Romas deal with various life difficulties. Specific institutions are also attached to this phenomenon. In this way, the state controls execution of foster care in families. All around this practice of foster care is developed a huge network of relationships. In this network there are various actors who use their potential to affect and change this system. |
