| Abstract: | Předkládaná bakalářská práce je zaměřena na pracovníky orgánu sociálně-právní ochrany dětí, pro které nastaly významné změny po schválení novely zákona č. 401/2012 Sb., kterým se mění zákon č.359/1999 Sb., o sociálně-právní ochraně dětí, ve znění pozdějších předpisů, a další související zákony. Cílem práce je analýza této novely zákona z pohledu pracovníků orgánu sociálně-právní ochrany dětí na Úřadech městských obvodů v Plzni. V teoretické oblasti, se snaží autorka práce definovat stěžejní pojmy, které jsou dále používány ve výzkumném šetření. Výzkumné šetření je prováděno se sedmi sociálními pracovníky, kteří vykonávají sociálně-právní ochranu dětí a působí na Úřadech městských obvodů v Plzni již několik let. Autorka práce použila metodu polo strukturovaného rozhovoru pro získání důležitých postojů a zkušeností pracovníků. Interpretace výsledků jsou zohledněny v práci. |
| Abstract in different language: | The presented bachelor´s thesis is focused on the workers of the body of the social and legal protection of the children, for which there were important changes after the ratification of the amendment of the law no. 401 / 2012 sb., which also changes the law no. 359 /1999 sb. this law is about the legal and social protection of children, in the version of the later regulations, and other related laws. The goal of the work is the analysis of the amendment from the point of view of the social and legal protection workers at the city district social department, at the municipal Area in Pilsen In the theoretical area, the author of the thesis tries to define the principal concepts, which are further used in the research investigation. The research investigation is carried out with seven social workers, who secure social and legal protection of children and they have also been active at the city district social department. The author of the work used the method of semi-structured interview, for getting the important attitudes and experience of the workers. The interpretations of the results have been taken into the consideration at the thesis. |
