| Abstract: | Tématem této diplomové práce jsou metody strategického controllingu pro dopravní podnik. Práce se nejprve soustředí na teoretický úvod do controllingu. Definuje tento pojem a vysvětluje činnost controllingu. Blíže se soustředí na nákladový, personální a investiční controlling. Poté je proveden popis controllingových činností ve vybraném dopravním podniku a určeny strategické procesy, které v podniku probíhají. Velká pozornost je věnována vhodnosti metrik, které se využívají k jejich měření. Na tyto metriky plynule navazuje návrh možností jejich řízení a jsou doplněny další ukazatele využitelné pro měření výkonnosti procesů. Následující část práce je věnována popisu strategických metod využívaných ve strategickém controllingu a je nastíněn možný postup jejich zavádění do podmínek konkrétního podniku. Výstupem práce je zhodnocení metrik používaných v dopravním procesu a návrh na aplikaci metod strategického controllingu do činnosti dopravního podniku. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis is concerned with methods of strategic controlling for public transport company. It is first focused on the theoretical introduction to controlling. It defines the term of controlling and explains the act of controlling. It focuses more closely on cost, personnel and investment controlling. After that acts of controlling are described on an example of a chosen public transport company and strategic processes that are under way in the company are determined. Attention is paid to suitability of indicators that are used to measure the processes. It is followed by a suggestion of options of management of these indicators; other indicators that can be used to measure the efficiency of the processes. The following part of the thesis is dedicated to description of strategic methods used in strategic controlling; a possible procedure of their introduction into conditions of a particular company is outlined. The outcome of the thesis is an evaluation the indicators used in transport process and a suggestion of an application of methods of strategic controlling into operation of a transport company. |
