| Abstract: | Ve své diplomové práci se zabývám problematikou vývoje hrdelního soudnictví v Chebské a Loketské oblasti od jeho počátku až do konce 19. století, kdy tato hrdelní jurisdikce zaniká. Na základě dobových pramenů a odborné literatury jsem se pokusila nastínit vývoj této zvláštní soudní jurisdikce. |
| Abstract in different language: | This diploma thesis deals with the problems of development of capital justice in Loket and Cheb region from the beginning to other end of 19th century. In 19th century this capital justice expires. I have tried to outline the development of this particular judicial jurisdiction based on historical sources and scientific literature available today. |
