| Abstract: | Práce mapuje vznik, vývoj a zánik institutu smírčích křížů a s nimi souvisejicího soudnictví v Čechách. Dále zběžně mapuje vývoj trestního soudnictví v Čechách od dob Velké moravy až do obecné platnosti Koldínova zákoníku. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis deals with the origin, development and disappearance of reconciliation crosses and related judiciary in Bohemia. The theses also consideres the development of criminal judiciary in Bohemia in the period of time betwen the Great Moravia and general validity of Koldin's code. |
