| Abstract: | Diplomová práce pojednává o dekretální normotvorbě prezidenta republiky v období druhé světové války a krátce po ní. Autor rozčlenil práci celkem do 5 kapitol. První kapitola slouží jako úvod do situace před vyhlášením prozatímního státního zřízení. Druhé kapitola pojednává o orgánech prozatimního státního zřízení. Ve třetí kapitole autor popisuje způsob vydávání dekretů obecně a v poslední, čtvrté kapitole, je uveden povšechný výčet vydaných dekretů. |
| Abstract in different language: | My diploma thesis deals with the decree competence of the President of the Republic during the World War II period and shorthly afterwards. Author divided the work into five chapters. The first chapter serves as an introduction to the situation before the publication of the provisional state system. The second chapter discusses the bodies of the Provisional Constitutional Order. In the third chapter the author describes the method of issuing decrees in general and in the last, the fourth chapter is given broad list of decrees issued |
