| Abstract: | Diplomová práce řeší téma Zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením - právní a finanční aspekty. Zdravotně postižené osoby tvoří 10% populace v České republice, na trhu práce jsou však znevýhodněnou skupinou, proto je úlohou zákonodárných orgánů podpořit jejich zaměstnanost právními i finančními nástroji. Cílem diplomové práce je analyzovat právní prostředí a podporu ze strany státu při zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením a navrhnout doporučení vedoucí ke zlepšení situace. V teoretické části diplomové práce jsou shrnuty poznatky z odborné literatury a souvisejících zákonů, v praktické části je pak na základě dotazníkového šetření provedena analýza současného systému motivace zaměstnavatelů ze strany státu k zaměstnávání zdravotně postižených osob. V závěrečné části je pak na základě provedené analýzy shrnuta celá problematika a navržena doporučení, jež mají vést ke zlepšení současného stavu zaměstnanosti zdravotně postižených osob. |
| Abstract in different language: | This diploma thesis deals with the topic Employing People with Disabilities - Legal and Financial Aspects. The disabled account for 10% of the population of the Czech Republic, but, despite this fact, they seem to be a handicapped group on the labour market. Therefore it is the responsibility of the legislative bodies to support their employability by means of appropriate legal and financial tools. This diploma thesis aims at analyzing the legal environment and state support when it comes to employing people with disabilities and at suggesting recommendations focused on improving the situation. In the theoretical part of the thesis findings from professional literature and related laws are summarized, while the practical part tries to analyze, on the basis of a questionnaire survey, how the state motivates employers to employ the disabled. In the final part, the results of the analysis are considered, the entire topic is summarized and recommendations are suggested that might, hopefully, lead to an improvement in the existing state of employing the disabled. |
