| Abstract: | Předložená práce je zaměřena na charakteristiku možností financování regionálního školství v České republice a aplikaci poznatků na konkrétní střední škole. Cílem práce je vytvoření přehledu možností financování regionálního školství, zhodnotit hospodaření konkrétní střední školy s ohledem na plánovanou reformu systému financování regionálního školství a navrhnout s tím související doporučení ke konceptu reformy. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na charakteristiku vzdělávání a systému financování středních škol a školských zařízení v ČR. Druhou částí je komparace středoškolských systémů vzdělávání v rámci zemí OECD. Praktická část analyzuje vývoj středoškolské úrovně vzdělání v ČR, hodnotí hospodaření vybrané střední školy a vliv plánované reformy regionálního školství na daný subjekt. Závěrem práce jsou navrhovaná doporučení pro reformu financování středních škol a analýza možností financování zvoleného investičního záměru. |
| Abstract in different language: | Submitted diploma thesis is focused on the characteristics of opportunities to finance regional education in the Czech Republic and the application of knowledge to a specific secondary school. The aim of the work is to create the means of financing regional education management to evaluate specific secondary schools with regard to the proposed reform of the financing system of regional education and propose recommendations related to the concept of reform. The theoretical part of the diploma thesis is focused on the characteristics of educational system and the system of funding for secondary schools and educational facilities in the Czech Republic. The second part of the work is a comparison of secondary education in the OECD countries. The practical part analyses the evolution of secondary level education in the Czech Republic, evaluates the management of a selected secondary school and the influence of the planned reform of regional education on the subject. In conclusion there are some proposed recommendations for the reform of the financing of secondary schools and the analysis of financial opportunities of the selected investment intention. |
