| Abstract: | Předložená diplomová práce se věnuje problematice controllingu pohledávek, zejména se pak zaměřuje na správu a řízení ve vybraném podniku. Hlavním cílem práce bylo definovat pohledávky, popsat jejich klasifikaci, způsoby účtování, odepisování a vykazování, popsat controllingové aktivity v oblasti pohledávek a následně zhodnotit vývoj na konkrétním podniku. Na základě provedeného rozboru odběratelů, pohledávek a controllingových aktivit v podniku byly zjištěny nedostatky. Následně byla navržena opatření vedoucí k odstranění těchto nedostatků a zlepšení stavu v oblasti controllingu pohledávek. |
| Abstract in different language: | This graduate thesis deals with problems of topic of receivables, and is particularly focused on monitoring and management in the selected company. The main aim of this thesis was to define receivables, describe their classification, options of accounting, amortization and record keeping, to describe activities of controlling in area the of receivables and then to evaluate progress in the selected company. On the basis of analysis of purchasers, receivables and company´s controlling activities were some gaps were found out. After that some suggestions were described, which should eliminate these gaps and improve situation in the area of controlling receivables. |
