| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku neodkladné kardiopulmonální resuscitace podle současných doporučení Evropské Rady pro Resuscitaci (European Resuscitation Council - ERC), tak zvaných ERC Doporučení 2010. Poukazuje na důležitost správně prováděné kardiopulmonální resuscitace a nezbytnou znalost současných doporučení. Sestry se velmi často setkávají s pacienty s náhlou zástavou oběhu jako první. Praktická část práce je zaměřena na zkušenosti a znalosti všeobecných sester v poskytování kardiopulmonální resuscitace. Sestry ve Fakultní nemocnici Plzeň byly osloveny a participovaly na studii formou dotazníku. Výsledky dotazníkového šetření jsou uvedeny ve formě tabulek. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis focuses on cardiopulmonary resuscitation following European Resuscitation Council's (ERC) recommendations, so called ERC Guidelines 2010. It concentrates on importance of high quality cardiopulmonary resuscitation and crucial knowledge of current guidelines. Nurses frequently face patients suffering from sudden cardiac arrest as first medical providers. The practical part o this thesis focuses on experience and expertise of nurses providing first line cardiopulmonary resuscitation in hospital care. Nurses in University Hospital in Pilsen have been interviewed in the questionnaire study. The survey results obtained are structured in the form of tables. |
