| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se věnuje problematice abstinence klientů následné péče. Je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a výzkumnou. Abstinence úzce souvisí se závislostí, proto byla první kapitola věnována problematice závislosti a abstinence. Teoretická část je také zaměřena na oblast rizikových a protektivních faktorů, relaps a jeho prevenci a následnou péči. Výzkumná část si klade za cíl popsat roli, kterou hraje následná péče při abstinenci nealkoholových drog a její význam pro jedince, kteří se ze závislosti na těchto drogách léčí a využívají služby Střediska následné péče v Plzni. |
| Abstract in different language: | Master's thesis deals with the issue of abstinent clients in aftercare program. Thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The first chapter is devoted to the problems of addiction and abstinence, because abstinence is closely related to addiction. The theoretical part is also focused on risk and protective factors, relapse prevention and aftercare. The practical part describes the role played by the aftercare in non-alcohol drug abstinence and its importance for people who have been healed from addiction and now have been living in Aftercare Centre in Pilsen. |
