| Abstract: | Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku změn v kvalitě života uživatelů DOZP Stod po 3 letech po přechodu ze služby Domov pro osoby se zdravotním postižením do služby Chráněné bydlení. Práce popisuje oblasti spojené s touto problematikou instituce, institucionalizace, transformace (cíle, historie, financování, překážky), deinstitucionalizace, plánování zaměřené na člověka (individuální plánování), kvalita života (faktory, přístupy, modely a měření) a transformace v DOZP Stod. Výzkum byl realizován v areálu DOZP Stod, Sociálně terapeutickém centru Stod, na chráněném bydlení v Holýšově a ve Stodě. Tento výzkum byl zaměřen na zjištění změn v kvalitě života uživatelů po 3 letech od přechodu z DOZP do CHB. Pro realizaci výzkumu byla použita metoda analýzy dokumentů, případové studie a polostrukturované rozhovory, jak s uživateli, tak se zaměstnanci DOZP. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis is focussed on the issue of changes in the life quality of DOZP Stod clients after three years from the transmigration from the service home for people with disabilities (DOZP is the Czech abbreviation) to the service sheltered housing. The thesis describes domains which are joined to that issue institution, institutionalization, transformation (targets, history, funding, barriers), deinstitutionalization, (individual) planning centered on the person, life quality (factors, approach, models and measurement) and the transformation of DOZP Stod. The research was realised in the area of DOZP Stod in the Social therapeutic center Stod in sheltered housing in the city of Holýšov and Stod. This research was aimed to detect changes in the quality of client's life after three years from transmigration from DOZP to sheltered housing. For the realisation of this research the author used methods like the analyses of documents, case studies and the half-structured interviews in the cooperation with clients and employees of DOZP. |
