| Abstract: | Diplomová práce na téma Zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením v Plzni má dvě části část teoretickou a část praktickou. V teoretické části se autorka zabývá odbornou terminologií a typy zdravotního postižení, odpovídajícími právními úpravami v České republice i v rámci Evropské unie a překážkami na trhu práce včetně diskriminace osob se zdravotním postižením. Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je zmapování eventualit zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením v Plzni z pohledu zaměstnavatelů a také obeznámení čtenáře s pracovními zkušenostmi vybraných osob se zdravotním postižením. V praktické části díla je popsána realizace výzkumu. Výzkum práce byl prováděn pomocí rozhovorů u zaměstnavatelů osob se zdravotním postižením a s pracovnicemi Úřadu práce České republiky. Pro doplnění práce jsou v praktické části uvedené také kazuistiky vybraných osob se zdravotním postižením. Výsledky výzkumu jsou shrnuty v hodnocení výzkumu a v závěru. |
| Abstract in different language: | Diploma thesis on theme Employment of People with Disabilities in Pilsen has two parts - theoretical one and practical one. In the theoretical part, the author deals with the technical terminology and types of health impairments, the corresponding rules in the Czech Republic and the European Union and labor market barriers, including discrimination against persons with disabilities. The main objective of this thesis is to analyze the contingencies of employment of people with disabilities in Pilsen from the perspective of employers and familiarize the reader with work experience selected persons with disabilities. The practical part of work describes the implementation of research. The research work was carried out via interviews with employers of persons with disabilities and female workers of Labor office of Czech Republic. For complement to the practical work are presented case studies of selected persons with disabilities. The research results are summarized in research evaluation and in conclusion. |
