| Abstract: | V práci se zabývám oprávněným použitím zbraně. Na úvod popisuji okolnosti vylučující protiprávnost. Dále vymezuji pojem zbraň. Dále uvádím zvláštní právní předpisy, které upravují oprávněné použití zbraně. V neposlední řadě srovnávám nutnou obranu s oprávněným použití zbraně. Nakonec porovnávám naši právní úpravu se slovenskou právní úpravou. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis deals with the authorized use of a weapon. In the introduction there are described circumstances which exclude the illegality. Further there is defined the term "weapon" and described the specific legislation which deals with the authorized use of a weapon. In the conclusion there is compared Czech and Slovak legislation related to this issue. |
