The right Social Maturity (SQ), the right Application Skills (AQ) and the right Professional Skills (IQ) of the Public Sector Authorities and an assertion of Principles of Corporate Governance issued by OECD is one of the ways how to effectively manage Public Sector in the Czech Republic. |
