| Abstract in different language: | The article presents the plan of doctoral thesis that is focusing on corruption opportunity space in the reform of public administration, on persons involved in the process, on the institutions, on the structure and on the models of reform. It describes different theoretical models of reform of public administration and it also analyses specific situation of public administration in the Czech Republic and its comparison with other countries’ models. The doctoral thesis then defines the concept of corruption opportunity space and applies it on the theoretical models of the reform while reflecting specific political and historical environment of the Czech Republic. |
