| Abstract: | Předložená bakalářská práce je v teoretické části zaměřena na představení obcí a krajů jako částí územní samosprávy, dále financování územní samosprávy, je rozebrán rozpočet a jeho proces a skladba, rozdělení příjmů obcí, výdajů a jejich další členění. V praktické části je představeno město Holýšov a jeho finanční hospodaření v letech 2010 2013. Je popsán vývoj rozpočtů v jednotlivých letech a jejich výsledné plnění. V další části je zpracována analýza příjmů s podrobným rozdělením, analýza výdajů, aktiv a pasiv a spočteny některé monitorující finanční ukazatele. Na závěr práce je shrnutí příjmů a výdajů rozpočtu po jednotlivých letech a zhodnocení finančního hospodaření města Holýšov za celé období. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis is in its theoretical part focused on introducing of municipalities and regions as parts of the local government, funding of local government, budget and its creating and construction, allocation of municipalities incomes and expenses. Practical part of this thesis introduces the city of Holýšov and its economical management in years 2010-2013. It describes the development of yearly budgets in this period and how these budgets were carried out. In the next part of this thesis the analysis of incomes including its detailed allocation, analysis of expenses, assets and liabilities as well as calculation of some monitoring financial indicators are elaborated. The closing part of this thesis summarizes the budget incomes and expenses in every single year of the period and evaluates the financial management of Holýšov in the whole period. |
