| Abstract: | Diplomová práce je situována na definování, a následný rozbor specifických kapitol finančního řízení ve společnosti Integrated Micro Electronics, s. r. o., Czech Republic. V první třetině práce je proveden úvod do teoretických východisek finančního řízení a následně je představena společnost Integrated Micro Electronics, s. r. o., Czech Republic, kde je společnost zasazena do příslušného trţního prostředí. Práce se zabývá vybranými částmi z finančního řízení, které tvoří finanční plánování, řízení finančních rizik a finanční systém netting. V diplomové práci jsou naplánovány výkazy rozvaha, výkaz zisku a ztráty a výkaz cash flow pro následujících pět let. Dále jsou identifikovaná finanční rizika, kterými se společnost Integrated Micro Electronics, s. r. o., Czech Republic převáţně zabývá. Tvoří je měnové riziko, kreditní riziko, investiční riziko a riziko zákaznického portfolia. Kaţdé riziko je analyzována a společnosti jsou navrhnuta konkrétní zlepšení. Poslední část práce je tvořena návrhem systému nettingu, který je v závěru zhodnocen |
| Abstract in different language: | Diploma thesis is focused on the definiton and following analysis of the specific parts of the financial management in the company Integrated Micro Electronics, s. r. o., Czech Republic. In the first third of the thesis, there is made the introduction into the theoretical basis of the financial management and after the company Integrated Micro Electronics, s. r. o., Czech Republic is introduced. The market evironment of the company is described too. The thesis is focused on the specific parts of the financial management, particularly financial planning, management of financial risks and the financial system netting. The documents that are planned in the thesis are balance sheet, profit and loss statement and the cash flow for the following five years. Further, the financial risks in company Integrated Micro Electronics, s. r. o., Czech Republic are identified. The risks are made by currency risk, credit risk, risk of the investments and the risk of the customer portfolio. Each risk is analysed and the specific improvements are proposed to the company. The last part of the thesis is made by the proposal of the system netting, that is evaluated in the end of the chapter. |
