| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce s názvem "Controlling zásob v podniku" se v teoretické části zabývá vysvětlením pojmu controlling, jeho historickým vývojem, začleněním controllingu do organizační struktury podniku a rozdílností controllingu a manažerského účetnictví. Další část práce se zabývá popisem základních technik controllingu a uvedením nástrojů a metod v rámci controllingu zásob. V praktické části je představena společnost ŠABATA s.r.o. Následuje charakteristika používaného informačního systému a základního procesu ve společnosti. Blíže jsou charakterizovány controllingové aktivity na jednotlivých úrovních řízení ve společnosti. V závěru práce je provedeno zhodnocení prováděných controllingových aktivit a navržena možná zlepšení. |
| Abstract in different language: | The diploma thesis named "Controlling of the stock in a company" deals with the definition of the concept of controlling, its historical development, integration of the controlling in the organizational structure and difference between controlling and management accounting in the theoretical part. The following section describes the basic techniques used in the controlling and describes methods and tools used in the controlling inventory. The company ŠABATA s.r.o. is introduced in the practical part of the thesis. The characteristics of the using information system and basic process inside the company follows. The controlling activities are closely specified in each part of the management. The conclusion is devoted to the evaluation of the implemented controlling activities, including suggestions for possible improvements. |
