| Abstract: | Předložená práce se zabývá specifiky finančního řízení nadnárodních korporací. Ty vznikají na základě dvou faktorů: řízení více než jedné společnosti a řízení aktivit ve více než jedné zemi. V teoretické části jsou definována teoretická východiska pro danou problematiku. Jsou zde vymezeny jednotlivé oblasti finančního řízení, z nichž některé jsou podrobněji rozpracovány ve vztahu k nadnárodním korporacím. V praktické části jsou vybrané oblasti následně analyzovány na příkladu zvolené společnosti. Největší důraz je kladen na propojení obchodního a finančního řízení a to jak v rámci vybrané společnosti, tak ve vztahu mateřské a dceřiné společnosti. V praktické části je nadále zhodnocena stávající podniková praxe v rámci zkoumané problematiky a u některých oblastí jsou doporučena zlepšující opatření. |
| Abstract in different language: | The diploma thesis deals with specifics of financial management of multinational corporations. The specifics arise based on two factors: managing of more than one company and managing activities in more than one country. The theoretical part defines theoretical foundations of the chosen area. Particular areas of financial management are defined, out of which some are elaborated in detail in relation to multinational corporations. The practical part analysis selected areas by an example of the chosen company. The greatest emphasis is put on the connection between sales and financial management within the company itself as well as within the relationship between the mother- and daughter company. The practical part furthermore contains evaluation of the current practice in the company regarding the addressed issue. In some areas improving measures are recommended. |
