| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou image a analýzou image značky vybrané hotelové sítě. V první části práce jsou zmapovány literární zdroje vztahující se k image a firemní identitě, popsány jsou také metody využité pro analýzu image. Předmětem praktické části je analýza prvků firemní identity společnosti Ibis a zejména výzkum image značky Ibis prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření a zhodnocení recenzí pro prozkoumání spokojenosti zákazníků za účelem zjistit, jaký stupeň známosti značky Ibis a jaké postoje veřejnost k této značce zaujímá. V závěru práce jsou interpretovány výsledky výzkumu a uvedeny návrhy na zlepšení image značky Ibis. |
| Abstract in different language: | In the first part of the thesis there are described the literary sources related to image and corporate identity, also methods used for analysis of image are mentioned. The practical part is focused on analysis of components of corporate identity of the company Ibis and especially on the research of image of the brand Ibis by questionnaire survey. By exploring of customer reviews is assessed the customer satisfaction with the aim to analyze the level of brand awareness and the attitudes of the public to the brand Ibis. In the conclusion, the research results are interpreted and presented proposals to improve the image of the brand Ibis. |
