| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je provést analýzu prostředí a zhodnotit ekonomickou situaci podniku Geod Doležel-Škůrek spol. s r. o. V první kapitole je podnik stručně představen, v následující kapitole je uveden význam MSP pro ekonomiku ČR. Třetí kapitola vymezuje makroprostředí, kde je provedena PEST analýza, a mezoprostředí, v němž je provedena Porterova analýza pěti konkurenčních sil. V následující kapitole je charakterizována finanční analýza, zejména pojem samotné finanční analýzy, zdroje finanční analýzy a uživatelé. Pátá kapitola se zabývá metodami finanční analýzy. Teoretická část se prolíná s praktickou částí, která prostřednictvím finančních ukazatelů přináší informace o finanční situaci podniku. Na základě výsledků provedené finanční analýzy je v šesté kapitole zhodnocena ekonomická situace podniku a dále jsou navržena opatření, která by měla odstranit nedostatky zjištěné při analýzách. |
| Abstract in different language: | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyze the environment of the company Geod Doležel-Škůrek spol. s. r. o. and to evaluate its economic situation. In the first chapter, the company is briefly introduced, the following chapter states the significance of EMS for the economy of Czech Republic. The third chapter defines the macro-environment in which the PEST analysis was performed and the meso-environment in which Porter Five Forces Analysis was applied. In the next chapter, financial analysis is characterized, mainly the concept of financial analysis itself, sources of the analysis and the users. The fifth chapter deals with the methods of financial analysis. The theoretical part is interconnected with the practical part that provides information about the financial situation of the company. In the sixth chapter, economic situation of the company is evaluated based on the results of the analysis performed and measures which should remove the shortcomings found out by the analysis are suggested. |
